Key Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare the substrate before laying, including smoothing, leveling, and constructing underfloor systems if necessary
• Professionally install floor coatings and coverings using plastic-based and mineral coating systems, such as parquet, laminate, and various other floor coverings
• Perform surface treatments including sealing
• Calculate material requirements and organize work sequences accordingly

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as an interior decorator, floor layer, or parquet layer and/or several years of professional experience
• Ambitious beginners are welcome; we offer targeted and systematic further training
• Responsible, thorough, and team-oriented work approach
• Ability to work independently, good communication skills, and passion for the profession
