Bobcat Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bobcat / Skid Steer Operator to join our expanding team in Perth, contributing to high-quality commercial landscaping projects primarily in the northern suburbs. Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery efficiently and safely using foot and hand controls.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced crew on diverse landscaping projects.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and grading levels to guide operations.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Bobcat/Skid Steer ticket with practical experience in on-site machinery operation using foot and hand controls.
• MR Driver's Licence is mandatory; a current White Card is required. An HR Licence is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately read landscape plans and levels.
• Strong commitment to safety and delivering high-quality results.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Full legal working rights within Australia.
• Prior experience in landscaping is preferred but not essential.
