Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a reputable ABA organization focused on delivering high-quality clinical care within a center-based setting. The organization prioritizes measurable progress for children and families through a collaborative approach between BCBAs and RBTs, emphasizing clinical integrity, mentorship, and long-term outcomes over mere metrics.
Key Features
- Manageable caseload of 8–10 clients with a low billable requirement of 20 hours per week, promoting quality care.
- Center-based model with a stable, team-oriented onsite environment.
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule with work-from-home days incorporated for flexibility and work-life balance.
- Strong mentorship and clinical support with opportunities for professional growth and leadership advancement.
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical programs for assigned clients.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure sustainable client progress.
- Monitor client data and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize results.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical team culture.
Qualifications
- Must hold active BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or a related discipline is required.
- Proven clinical skills in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
- Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving client outcomes.
