Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a reputable ABA organization focused on delivering high-quality clinical care within a center-based setting. • Manageable caseload of 8–10 clients with a low billable requirement of 20 hours per week, promoting quality care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical programs for assigned clients.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure sustainable client progress.
• Monitor client data and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical team culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or a related discipline is required.
• Proven clinical skills in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional care and improving client outcomes.
