About the Role
Blinkit is urgently hiring delivery boys for grocery deliveries in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position allows flexible working hours with the option to log in and out anytime and receive payments daily or weekly. The work location will be in your nearby city area.
Job Responsibilities
- Picking up grocery orders and delivering them to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensuring items are handled carefully and orders are delivered accurately.
- Maintaining professionalism and customer service standards during deliveries.
Eligibility and Documentation
- Must possess valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card for identity verification.
- Driving license is optional but not mandatory.
- A bank account is compulsory for salary and incentive payments.
- Owning a bike is essential to perform deliveries.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges between ₹40,000 to ₹95,000.
- Incentives can increase earnings by up to ₹15,000 monthly.
- An attractive joining bonus of up to ₹12,000 is offered upon joining.
- Workers are covered with insurance up to ₹10 lakhs at no extra cost.
- Company provides delivery kit including one bag and two T-shirts.
Additional Information
