Role Overview
We are seeking a Blending Operative to contribute to our team, helping maintain the exceptional quality and distinctive West Cork flavor in our products, which are distributed in over 70 countries internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Blend whiskey, gin, and other spirit beverages accurately according to recipes, combining various spirits and flavorings.
- Prepare base blends precisely following recipe specifications.
- Perform liquid filtration tasks efficiently.
- Prepare bulk products by adding flavorings to base alcohol as needed.
- Follow all procedures scrupulously to ensure traceability standards are upheld.
- Adhere strictly to forklift and pallet truck safety protocols, with forklift training provided by the company.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team by delivering samples for testing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the blending area to ensure it is always audit-ready.
- Exhibit flexibility to undertake other duties based on evolving business needs.
