Biomedical Engineer

Overview

We are actively seeking a Biomedical Service Engineer to be based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on installing, commissioning, maintaining, and servicing hospital beds and medical equipment at hospitals and rental customer sites across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install and commission hospital beds at client locations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to coordinate delivery, installation, and setup.
• Remove and collect rental beds once the rental period ends.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
• Respond to customer service calls promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage maintenance contracts such as AMC/CMC for installed equipment and generate related service revenue.
• Maintain detailed service reports, installation logs, and client documentation.
• Liaise with service and operations teams for spare parts and service needs.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and minimize service turnaround time.
• Travel locally and outstation as required within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in servicing medical devices or medical equipment in field service roles.
• Experience providing customer-site support is preferred.

Additional Information

• Preferred candidate age is 22–30 years.
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate there.
• Immediate joining is preferred; candidates with short notice periods have an advantage.
• This is a full-time field job requiring local and outstation travel around Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, depending on experience and fitment.
