Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete quality assurance processes within the Quality & Efficiency division, encompassing everything from requirement analysis and test planning to test design, execution, and approval for releases.
• Participate in comprehensive testing across platforms including App, Web, Backend, and Admin systems, tackling fiat-related risks throughout the technology stack.
• Test features focusing on streaming services such as stream initiation/termination, co-streaming, cross-room interactions, playback functionalities, and compliance checks, including challenging scenarios like unstable networks, stream interruptions, background operation, and high concurrency.
• Help maintain and enhance the existing automated regression framework that utilizes Python, pytest, and k6 tools.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, compliance teams, and operations to quickly resolve quality concerns.
• Contribute to initiatives involving AI-assisted testing and help expand the team's collective knowledge base.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduates or interns with less than one year of experience interested in QA and backend testing roles are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in automated testing practices is essential.
• Familiarity with agile development cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, beta rollouts, and full releases.
• Capability to autonomously manage test coverage and review peers’ test cases and code.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and communicating risks beyond just bug detection.
• Basic Python automation skills sufficient to read, update, and sustain existing test scripts without needing to develop them from scratch.
• A strong commitment to quality that goes beyond mere test coverage metrics.
