We specialise in design and delivery for data centre projects encompassing civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical engineering, and commissioning services. Currently, we are delivering several high-capacity data centre projects totaling over 500 MW of IT load.

Role Overview

We are recruiting four BIM Technicians with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in an MEP BIM role. While data centre project experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Essential skills include proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Ballymount, South Dublin, requiring attendance five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D MEP models to support project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive site models for ongoing projects.
• Identify and resolve design clashes through coordination processes.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Ensure timely delivery of 2D and 3D coordination milestones for assigned projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working with Autodesk Revit focused on MEP systems.
• Competency with AutoCAD for technical drafting purposes.
• Practical experience with Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong organisational aptitude, communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively under project deadlines.
