Overview
Join a prominent manufacturer specializing in innovative building services products as a BIM Technician. This newly created role offers a chance to lead and expand the BIM capabilities within a growing digital engineering team. Based in Santry, Dublin, the position operates on a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote, offering a salary of €55,000 plus benefits.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Revit MEP models reflecting product specifications.
- Create and enhance BIM content and digital product libraries to support design and engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and keep thorough documentation.
- Support the implementation of ISO 19650 standards for BIM processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce innovations within BIM operations.
Requirements
- Between one to three years of practical experience in BIM environments.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit with a strong focus on MEP modeling.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building services.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles governing BIM standards.
