BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural, Architecture)

About the Role

We urgently seek a BIM Modeller experienced in Civil & Structural and Architectural domains. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and consultants to develop accurate BIM models using Revit and other relevant software tools. Responsibilities include ensuring precision of construction documents and model parameters, adhering to BIM execution plans and project workflows, and preparing 3D models and drawings for construction, coordination, and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and consultants to manage BIM modelling efforts and coordinate using Revit software.
• Maintain accuracy of construction documents and ensure proper parameter settings within BIM models.
• Follow BIM execution strategies and project workflow standards strictly.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models supporting construction, coordination, and as-built needs.
• Update and monitor CAD models and drawings to reflect site condition changes.
• Provide planning and design assistance for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Initiate project base files ensuring alignment with BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope Plans, and CAD standards.
• Review completed tasks for accuracy and completeness, meeting submission deadlines.
• Continuously develop proficiency in emerging digital design technologies.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background preferably ITE, Diploma, Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry (AEC), or Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
• At least two years of combined CAD and BIM experience, with preference for candidates having up to five years of local professional experience.
• Solid expertise and practical experience with Autodesk Civil3D, Revit, and related BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of traditional CAD software, especially AutoCAD.
• Familiar with design visualization tools such as BIM Collaborate and Navisworks.
• Exhibits a dependable, timely, and ethical work approach with high integrity standards.
• Experience in creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing continuous learning support.
• Demonstrated punctuality and strong adherence to project deadlines.
