Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated BIM Modeller to support BIM Coordinators throughout project phases by developing, maintaining, and revising BIM models. The role involves transforming contract drawings and latest project data into precise digital models to aid construction and fabrication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to create, update, and amend BIM models during all stages of the project.
- Produce and maintain BIM models derived from contractual drawings and progressive updates.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of BIM models to maintain high standards throughout the project life cycle.
- Generate technical documents and shop drawings linked to BIM models.
- Deliver BIM model outputs suitable for construction, documentation, and fabrication purposes.
- Develop BIM models incorporating correct parameters and attributes to enable BIM-based qualifications and 4D simulations.
- Spot inconsistencies or issues for BIM Coordinators during the design phase.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
- A minimum of two years' experience in Civil & Structural or Architectural project domains.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit software for BIM modelling.
- Capable of delivering completed models and shop drawings promptly without compromising quality.
