Role Overview

The position is a full-time on-site role based in Baysh requiring a BIM Modeler responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive 3D models and construction drawings primarily for architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) fields using BIM software platforms. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design documentation, working in coordination with architects and engineers, updating models in response to design modifications, and ensuring that all model information meets accuracy and project standards.

The BIM Modeler will produce model-related documentation, identify and resolve clashes, and support the project team by delivering well-organized model outputs on schedule. Close collaboration with project stakeholders will be essential to ensure designs are coordinated, buildable, and compliant with requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive expertise in Building Information Modeling workflows and tools, with experience handling complex project models.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and confidence in converting architectural designs into precise 3D models and related construction documentation.
• Experience in modeling building components and systems with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within BIM models to ensure seamless coordination.
• Ability to interpret and prepare clear, precise construction drawings adhering to project standards.
• Educational background includes a relevant technical diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, construction technology, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with prevalent BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalents, alongside basic familiarity with coordination and clash detection processes.
• Strong organizational abilities, great attention to detail, and capability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently in a dynamic project environment.
