Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled BIM Modelers / Coordinators specializing in Civil BIM within Substation projects for a role based in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity involves working on DEWA Civil Substation projects where expertise in modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate Civil BIM Models proficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Civil, Structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to integrate designs.
- Prepare and manage detailed 3D BIM Models ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Civil BIM Modeling and coordination tasks.
- Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, construction documentation, and drawing protocols.
- Prior exposure to Substation, DEWA, or power-related projects is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in the UAE is preferred.
- Availability to commence work immediately is highly desirable.
