Billing & Planning Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Billing & Planning Engineer to support our active construction initiatives in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The ideal professional will be integral in project scheduling, bill preparation, quantity assessment, and effective collaboration with site teams to ensure seamless project progression.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule various project activities for streamlined execution.
• Prepare and estimate quantities for project works.
• Coordinate closely with onsite teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Generate and verify contractor and client bills, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and site work measurement.
• Manage preparation of government project bills, including running (RA) bills, final bills, and follow government billing protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive billing documentation and liaise with accounting and project departments to ensure timely bill submission and processing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or government projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera is advantageous.
• Excellent understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
