Billing Executive

About the Role

M/s Good Leather Garments, located in Lajpat Nagar within Delhi-NCR, is seeking a Billing Executive to efficiently manage billing and cashiering duties at their retail outlet. This role demands precision in transaction handling and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing operations and manage the cash counter activities.
• Generate accurate invoices and process payments through cash, UPI, cards, and other payment options.
• Verify product prices, discounts, offers, and details prior to billing.
• Handle customer requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policy.
• Maintain and update daily sales and billing documentation.
• Reconcile cash and digital payments after each shift.
• Collaborate with sales and store teams regarding billing and stock availability.
• Keep accurate records of invoices, receipts, and all transactions.
• Assist customers effectively with any billing-related questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter area.
• Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the Store Manager promptly.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail billing or cashier roles is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with POS billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and effective communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Integrity, responsibility, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
