Billing Executive

Overview

Talunus HR Solutions is seeking two female candidates aged between 20 and 40 years for the role of Showroom Sales & Billing Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The position involves managing customer interactions, showroom sales, and billing tasks related to saree products in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role requires working from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM with Sunday as a mandatory working day.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and manage showroom sales effectively.
• Present saree products to customers and facilitate sales.
• Handle sales billing and perform basic computer operations.
• Operate Zoho Purchase Order software to process orders.
• Upload product images and update product details on Shopify.
• Complete basic account closing tasks and reconcile daily sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and sales transactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must hold any degree qualification.
• Have 0 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail, textiles, or saree showrooms.
• Good communication skills and strong customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and readiness to learn Zoho and Shopify platforms.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to work in a dynamic showroom environment.

• Number of vacancies: 2
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM with Sunday as a compulsory workday
