Job Overview
As a Billing Executive at Sree Sai Silks in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for managing the billing process accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive customer transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan product barcodes and generate accurate customer bills using billing software.
- Process payments through cash, UPI, and card methods, ensuring correct change is given.
- Apply authorized discounts and promotional offers properly during billing.
- Handle product exchanges and returns following the store's established policy.
- Package products carefully and present bills to customers professionally.
- Perform day-end closure of cash and payments, and prepare reports for managerial review.
