About the Role

Sambavi Meditek is seeking a skilled Billing and Accountant professional to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role requires proficiency in using Tally Prime software for various accounting and billing tasks along with providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform billing activities using Tally Prime, including managing all types of voucher entries and stock journal operations.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) accurately to ensure proper financial record-keeping.
• Prepare monthly GST returns and conduct reconciliation of GST and bank statements.
• Follow up with customers regarding payment collection and maintain good customer interaction over the phone.
• Collaborate actively within the team environment contributing toward shared goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or higher qualification, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Tally Prime accounting software, including voucher entries and stock journal processing.
• Experience in handling GST preparation, reconciliation, and customer payment follow-up is essential.
• Good communication skills for handling customer queries and providing administrative support.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt effectively in a team setting.
