This position entails performing bicycle repairs following established standards, managing spare parts systematically, and ensuring all bicycles are operational and ready for use.
Key Duties
- Execute repairs on bikes as specified by company guidelines.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Maintain detailed logs of repairs completed and provide daily progress reports.
- Meet daily repair completion targets efficiently.
- Adhere to high-quality standards in all repair tasks performed.
- Manage and track inventory of spare parts to ensure precise use and availability.
Performance Indicators
- Daily number of bike repairs completed.
- Rate of passing quality control audits.
- Accuracy in handling and usage of spare parts.
Requirements
- Practical experience in bike maintenance and repair.
- Strong technical understanding of bicycle components and repair tools.
- Competent in diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Educational qualification of ITI, Diploma, or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Environment
This role involves working on a rotational shift basis.
