Job Overview

The role focuses exclusively on pre-tender activities related to water and wastewater treatment projects. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise in designing, estimating, and preparing proposals within this domain, ideally with construction industry experience.

Key Duties

• Collaborate closely with the sales department to develop competitive proposals.
• Draft comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage proposals specifically for RO plants, desalination plants, demineralisation plants, STPs, and ETPs serving industrial and municipal clients.
• Compile and submit essential technical documentation, including project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and compliance statements.
• Ensure all proposals align with company standards and client expectations.
• Assist with technical evaluation, cost estimation, and proposal preparation prior to tender submission.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background: At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience preparing both technical and commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with RO, desalination, demineralisation plants, as well as STP and ETP projects.
• Proficiency in estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.
• Ability to develop project specifications and maintain compliance documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with sales teams and solid technical analytical abilities.

Additional Information

• Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Location: Bavdhan area of Pune, Maharashtra.
• The salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 monthly, depending on skills and experience.
• Employees are eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), mobile allowance, and for candidates joining from outside Pune, food and accommodation are provided.
