Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks a skilled Bidder to become an integral part of our Business Development division. The candidate will focus on identifying and bidding for IT-related projects on various freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and apply for suitable IT projects on platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
• Conduct research on prospective clients to uncover new business possibilities.
• Develop customized and persuasive proposals in alignment with client demands.
• Engage with potential clients to comprehend their needs and project specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for accurate project comprehension, cost estimation, and proposal formulation.
• Follow up consistently on submitted proposals to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain comprehensive bid documentation, track lead pipelines, and manage timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in IT bidding or business development.
• Proficiency in utilizing freelancing platforms like Upwork effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of web, mobile, and software development services.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, client follow-up, and relationship management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet business targets.
