Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, starting from qualifying opportunities to submitting proposals
• Develop strategic, client-oriented bid plans and high-impact proposals
• Lead kickoff meetings, coordinating with technical specialists and senior stakeholders
• Conduct thorough client research to tailor submissions for maximum success rate
• Manage bid schedules and ensure all deadlines are met effectively
• Assist with preparation for interviews, presentations, and awards submissions
• Continuously seek improvements in bid processes utilizing AI and bid technologies

Candidate Profile

• Prior bid management experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or related built environment sectors
• Strong writing skills coupled with proficient project management capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex proposal submissions simultaneously
• A proactive and well-organized mindset with a strong passion for developing winning bids
