Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team supporting US IT staffing operations. This role entails marketing bench consultants and placing them into contract assignments with US clients and their vendors. Success in this position depends on persistent outreach, timely follow-ups, and effectively closing deals.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (IST)
• Working Days: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)
• Breaks: One 45-minute dinner break and two 15-minute breaks

Key Duties

• Promote bench consultants holding OPT, H1B, GC, or US citizenship statuses
• Submit resumes daily according to vendor needs
• Develop and sustain relationships with US vendors
• Negotiate placement rates and successfully close deals
• Track the progress of submissions, interviews, and finalized placements
• Regularly follow up to obtain feedback

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Understanding of US visa categories and hiring models such as C2C, W2, and 1099
• Ability to meet targets in a performance-driven role
• Willingness to work night shifts

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary determined by experience
• Incentives of ₹40,000 per successful placement
