Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Bellman (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory for applicants.

• Address and resolve guest complaints with the utmost professionalism.
• Foster positive relationships with guests and fellow team members.
• Provide information regarding hotel services, the city, and its attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the entrance and lobby areas.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or in a related role, preferably within luxury hotel settings.
• A genuine hosting mindset combined with a confident and professional appearance.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
• Adaptability and strong dedication to the role.
• Excellent etiquette and well-maintained personal grooming.
