About Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront
Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Waterfront, known for its friendly atmosphere under the “Yes I Can!” motto, offers a unique and vibrant experience. It is situated in Dubai's Business Bay district, the world's largest waterfront development called Dubai Water Canal. The hotel features 432 rooms, multiple dining options, and extensive meeting and conference facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and page hotel guests and visitors in the lobby and various outlets as needed.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and packages between guest rooms and different hotel departments.
- Complete errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
- Support guest room allocations under the guidance of reception staff.
- Arrange and manage newspaper delivery for guests, hotel outlets, and departments.
- Take charge of the Concierge counter at midnight, acting as custodian to supervise Concierge items and safeguard guests’ stored belongings.
Qualifications
Having prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
