Job Overview

As a Bellboy at Barahat Msheireb Hotel LLC, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional hospitality by assisting with baggage handling, escorting guests to their accommodations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Provide assistance with luggage management, ensuring careful and prompt transport to and from guest rooms.
• Escort visitors to their rooms while informing them about hotel amenities and services.
• Collect luggage from guests during check-out and move it to the appropriate lobby or pickup zones.
• Support guests with transportation arrangements such as calling taxis or offering navigation assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas.
• Address guest questions and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Work cooperatively with other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all safety and security protocols established by the hotel.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior customer service experience, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to lift and transport heavy luggage.
• High attention to detail with a proactive guest service mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance complemented by a positive demeanor.
• Familiarity with the local area and tourist attractions is beneficial.
