About the Role

The Renaissance Door Ambassador serves as the initial point of contact for guests at the hotel, providing a warm and personalized welcome to create a memorable experience. This position involves anticipating guest needs, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to appropriate locations within and outside the hotel, and sharing local insights to enhance their stay. Being knowledgeable about the neighborhood and local attractions is essential to inspire guests and promote discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, setting a positive first impression
• Assist with guests' luggage and help them navigate the hotel premises
• Collaborate effectively with various hotel departments including housekeeping, parking, and concierge services to meet guest expectations
• Provide guests with relevant local information and facilitate transportation arrangements
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to company policies, and uphold quality assurance standards
• Ensure a professional appearance and confidentiality of guest and company information
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, and handling up to 50 pounds without assistance

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No previous related or supervisory experience required
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary

This role is non-management and requires full-time commitment onsite at the property located at One Marriott Drive, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
