Job Overview
This role requires ensuring that all guests arriving or departing from the property are greeted warmly and farewelled cordially. You will be an essential part of the guest service journey, acting as a guide, hotel ambassador, and information resource. The primary responsibilities include managing lobby traffic and assisting guests, but success also depends on high guest interaction, flexibility, and comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
