Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to NDIS participants through varied caseloads involving community, clinic, and home settings.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contributing to measurable progress.
- Receive referral-based caseloads backed by intake and clinical leadership support.
- Participate in one-on-one and group supervisions, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team for complex case management and professional development.
- Assist in developing the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) function in Darwin with leadership guidance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient or higher PBS registration status.
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Behaviour Support roles.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
