Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to NDIS participants through varied caseloads involving community, clinic, and home settings.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contributing to measurable progress.
• Receive referral-based caseloads backed by intake and clinical leadership support.
• Participate in one-on-one and group supervisions, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team for complex case management and professional development.
• Assist in developing the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) function in Darwin with leadership guidance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficient or higher PBS registration status.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Behaviour Support roles.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
