Position Overview

• Perform functional behaviour assessments to gain a deep understanding of individual participant requirements.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-driven Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans customized to the goals and situations of each participant.
• Provide support for participants with complex needs utilizing a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Collaborate closely with families and support systems to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes clinical excellence, knowledge exchange, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core, Proficient, or Advanced level.
• Proven track record in delivering behaviour support services and generating high-quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Excellent organisational capabilities with the capacity to independently manage a complex and diverse caseload.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
