Role Overview

This full-time, on-location Behavioral Therapist position involves delivering direct therapeutic interventions to children and adults with developmental, behavioral, and communication challenges. The therapist utilizes evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Daily duties encompass conducting behavioral evaluations, crafting personalized treatment plans, applying interventions, and monitoring progress via systematic data recording. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other specialists is essential to maintain consistent approaches both at home and within the center. The role also requires participation in case discussions, contribution to multidisciplinary strategy sessions, and fostering a safe, welcoming therapeutic atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior assessment/intervention methods.
• Strong understanding of psychology and experience working with children and adults with developmental or communication disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Possession of a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or an allied discipline.
• Certification or specialized training in behavioral therapy or ABA is advantageous.
• Experience in clinical, school, or center-based therapy settings, preferably serving neurodiverse groups.
• Capability to maintain precise documentation, adhere to ethical guidelines, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
