About the Role
Join a dynamic team with a passion for perfect draft beer. As a Draft Beer Quality Technician with A Head for Profits, you'll ensure that local bars and restaurants serve beer as the brewmaster intended by maintaining and cleaning draft beer lines. This position offers nights and weekends off and the chance to learn directly from experienced professionals in the beer industry, visiting various bars and breweries daily while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and servicing of draft beer lines at customer locations to guarantee the highest quality pour.
- Establish and maintain positive connections with managers, owners, and bartenders on your route.
- Ensure reliable and quality service with attention to detail and mechanical troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude and quick learning skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for wage growth and overtime.
- Additional monthly stipend of $375 to supplement income.
- Company mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile for job-related travel using a personal vehicle.

Work Schedule
- Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
