Role Overview

We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join our team full-time at our Al Satwa location in Dubai. This role involves offering consultations on aesthetic procedures, sharing expert knowledge on beauty services, delivering outstanding customer care, and advising clients on customized beauty solutions. The consultant will assist customers in choosing and purchasing aesthetic treatments and beauty products, always focusing on personalized client engagement.

Key Qualifications

• Proficient in cosmetology and skin care with an emphasis on personalized beauty recommendations.
• Deep product knowledge enabling the suggestion of appropriate skincare and beauty items.
• Outstanding customer service capabilities to foster positive client interactions and relationships.
• Experience in retail sales, including target achievement and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively on location within a team-centered, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in cosmetology or related fields are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Previous work experience in dermatology or the beauty sector is beneficial.
