The company operates across 15 markets with a team of 2700 professionals, encompassing retail, e-commerce, marketing analytics, and supply chain capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations efficiently.
- Proactively pursue and achieve sales targets with enthusiasm.
- Drive store innovation and productivity initiatives to enhance customers' shopping experience.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients through genuine engagement.
- Strictly follow standard procedures relating to cash handling and asset management.
- Ensure effective merchandising of all products and displays to boost sales and productivity.
- Support monthly inventory audits and maintain precise stock records.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of ‘O’ level, diploma, or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or FMCG sectors.
- Results-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight.
