This position is located at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. CHANEL boutiques embody the essence of the brand’s vision. As a Beauty Advisor in our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, you will be part of the sales team and focus on make-up, fragrances, and skincare. Your role includes building a loyal client base by providing each client with a distinct and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and internalize CHANEL’s values and heritage, sharing comprehensive brand knowledge with both clients and colleagues.
• Create engaging narratives with clients to blend CHANEL's culture with their personal stories.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends through continuous self-directed learning.
• Maintain brand ambassador standards by adhering to grooming guidelines consistently.
• Deliver personalized experiences and tailored solutions that meet CHANEL’s service rituals and high standards.
• Welcome clients warmly to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty.
• Promote cross-selling of all boutique product categories.
• Manage client complaints and requests effectively in line with company protocols.
• Build and nurture a personal client database, focusing on customer relationship management alongside your Manager.
• Participate actively in beauty-related events and workshops designed for clients.
• Help maintain boutique presentation according to visual merchandising (VM) standards.
• Support the boutique’s operations by providing accurate reports to your Manager and collaborating with the team to reach sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Beauty Advisor within luxury or high-end retail environments.
• Fluent communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is advantageous.
• Genuine passion for make-up and beauty, complemented by a deep understanding of delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and culturally sensitive approach.
