About AAVAS Financiers
AAVAS Financiers specializes in providing housing loans primarily focused on underserved and unreachable markets across India. Operating in thirteen states including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha, and Karnataka, the company currently runs 350 branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full user access lifecycle including onboarding, role changes, interdepartmental transfers, and offboarding across varied applications and IT systems.
- Grant, adjust, and rescind user permissions based on authorized requests while adhering to established security policies.
- Guarantee access is provided following the principle of least privilege and maintain segregation of duties (SoD) compliance.
- Conduct routine audits and recertifications of user access privileges to ensure continuous compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of user roles, profiles, and access permissions matrices.
- Collaborate with departments such as IT, Security, Human Resources, and application stakeholders for effective access management.
- Diagnose and address access-related problems, security incidents, and findings from audits.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) degree in any specialization.
