Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on diverse powered industrial equipment batteries. This role requires adherence to company standards, regulatory guidelines, repair manuals, factory directions, and individual expertise related to maintaining powered industrial equipment batteries.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on a range of powered industrial equipment batteries following established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age (19 for roles in Alabama).
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Ability to earn certification and operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and solving mathematical problems.
- Completion of assessments in computation, following written instructions, spatial visualization, and mechanical aptitude prior to starting.
- Adept at understanding and following detailed directions.
- Comfortable using computerized maintenance-management systems to log and process work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-moving work setting.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance reliability and punctuality.
- Motivation to grow professionally and embrace advancement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-developed problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven with initiative and maintaining safe work habits.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Associate is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to operate company vehicles upon employment.

Year-End Bonus
