Job Overview
This role requires designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and enhancements for BASE24 Eps. The developer will analyze and resolve defects within existing custom modules, handle code fixes, and contribute minor enhancements. The position entails supporting service pack and release upgrades by reviewing and adapting customer customizations to new BASE24 Eps versions. Responsibilities include assisting with deployment, testing, and release implementation, collaborating with support for complex production issues, and working alongside ACI product teams during technical escalations. The developer must ensure all solutions are aligned with Saudi payment standards and client requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in BASE24 Eps development environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages COBOL, C, and C++.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Expertise in payment processing domains, including switching, acquiring, issuing, ATM, and POS networks.
- Familiarity with release management processes and service pack upgrades.
- Excellent troubleshooting aptitude and ability to analyze complex codebases.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline is required.
