Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar activities ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately prepare drink ingredients and organize mise-en-place for efficient service.
• Strictly adhere to established beverage recipes to guarantee consistent quality.
• Serve drinks and proactively upsell to improve the guest experience and boost sales.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations consistently.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to uphold high service standards.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support bar operations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a similar bartender role demonstrating operational competence.
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-paced environments while upholding quality standards.
