Lyrath Estate Hotel, a prestigious five-star hotel located near Kilkenny City, is inviting applications for an experienced bartender to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks and cocktails, ensuring excellent guest service at all times.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverages, including wines and cocktails, and provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor throughout all guest interactions.
• Proactively promote sales and utilize every opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Be prepared to work across any of the hotel's three bar venues as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working in a busy bar setting, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility to work legally in Ireland.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent English proficiency, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Complete flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
