Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and seating guests
• Advising guests on beverage selections and taking orders
• Preparing, garnishing, and serving cocktails and mixed drinks
• Operating the in-house cash register system (training provided if needed)
• Checking inventory levels of ingredients and placing supply orders

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training in gastronomy or substantial work experience in this field
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality
• Self-reliant and responsible work ethic
