Role Summary

This full-time Barista position based in the Riyadh Region requires on-site work. The Barista's responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and other drinks according to set standards, operating espresso machines and brewing devices, and preparing light snacks or pastries. Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation and customer space is essential. Furthermore, the Barista will greet customers, take orders, manage payments, and provide attentive customer service to ensure visitors have a positive experience. The role also demands restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with colleagues for smooth café operation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in barista functions such as coffee brewing, espresso making, and basic latte art.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming and respectful environment.
• Effective communication capabilities for order taking, explaining menu options, and teamwork.
• Skills in food preparation including safe ingredient handling, menu item assembly, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and capability to operate efficiently in a busy environment managing multiple tasks.
• Meticulousness, dependability, and a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or retail is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Basic mathematical proficiency for cash and POS handling along with willingness to adhere to company protocols.
