Barista (Saudi Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to become part of our team at Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania. This position involves preparing and serving a broad range of coffee and other beverages while delivering an inviting and memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve diverse coffee, tea, and beverage items in compliance with set quality standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Accurately take orders and suggest beverage options when appropriate.
• Ensure all beverages meet consistent quality, appearance, and flavor criteria.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of coffee-making stations, equipment, and service areas.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on coffee machines and related equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies during shifts.
• Process guest billing and payments accurately following hotel protocols.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to enhance the guest experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Prior experience as a Barista or similar role is advantageous.
