Overview

Maison Tuileries holds coffee quality and consistency as fundamental to the customer experience, never treating it as a mere side note. We seek a meticulous Barista dedicated to continual learning and committed to preparing each beverage with utmost care and uniform excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other drinks precisely following Maison Tuileries’ approved recipes and standards.
• Work alongside the Senior Barista to oversee espresso extraction, milk texture, and presentation quality.
• Set up the bar area, ensuring completeness of mise en place ahead of service.
• Keep equipment, surfaces, and tools clean and well-maintained according to daily cleaning routines.
• Track ingredient consumption, stock levels, and waste; promptly report shortages.
• Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information about the beverage menu.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in café or specialty coffee environments is desirable.
• Practical knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing techniques.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning, improving skills, and accepting constructive coaching.
• High standards of cleanliness and organization; ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Willingness to work shift rotations, including some evenings and weekends.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic or English for interaction with team members and customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary and benefits are aligned with experience and qualifications established during the interview process. Structured specialty coffee training begins in the first week.

• تنظيف المعدات والأسطح والأدوات طبقًا للجدول اليومي.
• متابعة استهلاك المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي نقص.
• الترحيب بالعملاء والاجابة على استفساراتهم حول قائمة المشروبات بدقة.
