Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate Barista who possesses in-depth knowledge of coffee brewing, diverse coffee bean profiles, and proficient use of espresso machines and related equipment. The key goal is to craft and serve premium coffee and espresso drinks while delivering outstanding customer service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve top-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
- Apply expert coffee brewing techniques and understand flavor variations among coffee beans.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment skillfully.
- Provide excellent customer care and communicate effectively with guests.
- Manage customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean and well-organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficient in coffee brewing methods.
- Comprehensive understanding of different coffee beans and their flavor characteristics.
- Experience handling espresso machines and brewing equipment.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Competence in order processing.
- Professionalism in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
