Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare various coffee drinks using appropriate beans, brewing techniques, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Engage with guests courteously, understanding and fulfilling their beverage preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in a related customer service role is advantageous.
• Understanding of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and operation of coffee machines.
• Demonstrated ability and passion for creating specialty coffee beverages.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• A strong commitment to meeting customer needs in a dynamic work setting.
