Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare high-quality coffee drinks by pulling espresso shots and brewing coffee.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Latte Art by creating at least three distinctive designs with precision.
• Set and adjust manual coffee machines to ensure consistent beverage quality.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide guests with exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of barista experience in a busy, high-volume coffee environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee, creativity in drink preparation, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Energy and enthusiasm for coffee culture are highly valued.
