Position Overview

This role involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages while adhering to the brand's quality standards. You will utilize espresso machines and various café equipment to deliver quality drinks and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and assorted beverages according to brand guidelines.
• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment efficiently.
• Take customer orders and maintain courteous, friendly interactions.
• Keep the café and workstation clean and hygienic at all times.
• Manage billing and POS operations along with addressing customer requests promptly.
• Monitor and handle the stock of coffee, ingredients, and supplies appropriately.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist team members with daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed 10th or 12th grade education preferred.
• Freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
• Basic familiarity with coffee making processes and café work environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts without difficulty.
• Neat appearance, energetic demeanor, and a willingness to collaborate in a team setting.
