Barista - Full Time and Part Time

About the Role

We are seeking baristas for both full-time and part-time positions at Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, located at Ochsner High Grove, 10310 The Grove Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70836. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee beverages for customers and catering following standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately process orders using POS devices, handling cash and card payments.
• Maintain supply levels by replenishing condiments, beverages, and other essentials while ensuring cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure food presentation meets portion control, temperature regulation, and HACCP guideline standards.
• Keep all equipment, utensils, and workstations spotless and orderly.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for proper food preparation.
• Keep display and serving areas clean and attractive during service hours.
• Greet customers warmly and provide courteous service that enhances customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback or concerns by communicating effectively with supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently to avoid delays, providing accurate menu information and promoting sales techniques.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.

Work Schedule & Location

Schedule options include full-time and part-time availability with variable days and morning shifts. The primary workplace is onsite at the Baton Rouge location.

Compensation

Fixed hourly wage of $15.00 per hour.
