About the Role
R Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista who is passionate about coffee and dedicated to delivering an exceptional café experience. This role requires a professional committed to high standards of beverage preparation and customer service in a vibrant café setting.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks adhering to high-quality standards.
- Offer friendly and attentive customer service, fostering positive relationships with patrons.
- Operate coffee machines and related café equipment with efficiency and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, complying with food safety regulations.
- Handle orders, respond to customer requests, and assist in daily café operations smoothly.
- Ensure beverages are consistently well-presented and meet quality expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a Barista with proven skills in coffee preparation.
- Have good knowledge of espresso machines and beverage presentation techniques.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and excellent customer service aptitude.
- Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and effective teamwork capabilities.
- Preferably hold a valid UAE residence visa and currently reside in the UAE.
